A day in the life of Zeth

Night 1, the girls got to spend the night at the hospital with us on floor palets. Kelsey snoozed through the whole thing, Katie woke up a couple of times with us though...Mom was still on her liquid diet due to the surgery, so we went down to the cafeteria and enjoyed some father, daughter memories. This was really nice to have them spend the night and for us to be together alone as a family the first night and morning of Zeth's life.Playing dress up...

Zeth had a hearing test performed on him, while he was sleeping they placed moniters on his ears and as it gave sounds the brain activity was monitered, thus end result our son can hear perfectly...
Dad, taking it easy, making blogs and posting comments on facebook... if you can't tell he's wearing his "galebai" from Egypt, while it might look like a male dress, it is very very comfortable...
Friends, Family, & Familiar Faces...

These were just a few of the many faces that came and popped in to see our joy, His creation, and even pray with our family... thank you to all, even to those who couldn't make it, but wanted to...

Easter Eggstraveganza!

This Easter was lots of fun! We started Sunday morning with a "Sunrise Service" outdoors at our Church as we worshiped the Risen Lord... Then that afternoon we had a get together outside our Seminary housing where about 10 families came together for baptist pot luck and egg hunt!
The girls dying eggs...

He is Risen dyed egg, wax crayons are legit!

Let the colored dyed fingers begin!

Our son will be here shortly

Katie and her friend Hanna at Southwesterns Egg Hunt...

Kelsey and her best friend Pheobee..

This is Katie's reader from homeschool, after she read the story of the gingerbread man, it had a homemade recipe on how to make gingerbread cookies... they were delicious and she made enough to pass out to all the kids outside... she is learning from her mother to be a great steward and blessing to others

7 & 11... but they still love getting moms Easter baskets with their favorites
